Hello, I’m Sheli and I used to have awful migraines over a period of 9 years. When they were at their worst I was getting one every other day with a 9/10 pain level. It definitely ruined my life for a number of years but I was determined to put a stop to that. After medication and the GP failed me, I decided to take matters into my own hands.
For a number of years I researched furiously into migraines, and visited every practitioner I could think of until I started to see some change.

In my early 20s I went from just getting migraines after drinking to getting migraines all the time. For years I got so many migraines after I ate a meal.
